Mr. Sanjay Patil

Founder, Chairman and Managing Director

Markolines is a brain child of Mr. Patil and his detail oriented, hands-on approach. He founded Markolines in 2002 and has been the personally involved in every aspect till date. From a single product company to a leading player offering diverse solutions in road infrastructure, Mr. Patil has nurtured the company with business acumen and a dynamic approach. Under his inspiring leadership, the company has experienced exponential growth and strong bonds with clients. His unique business plans not just forge a lasting relationship with clients, but also takes the sector’s expertise a few notches higher. With an expansive experience of over two decades managing a spectrum of business, Mr. Patil is keen to explore new horizons and craft a future direction for the company. He feels the pulse of the latest trends in the sector to keep the company at the forefront.

His area of expertise includes Operation & Maintenance and allied services. He believes a strong foundation is imperative for a sustainable business, which has lead to Markolines’ PAN India presence. Mr. Patil strengthens the company from within to deliver high performance within stipulated deadlines.

Mr. Patil is a mechanical engineer by qualification. He is a member of Assocham’s National Council on Roads and Highways.

Mr. Vijay Oswal

Co-Founder

Mr. Oswal exemplifies Markolines' commitment to helping its clients achieve high performance.

He brings with him three decades of experience in the field of infrastructure, construction, finance, manufacturing, automobiles and international business.

Mr. Oswal is a proven leader, with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding client teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution. His path breaking and out-of-box thinking is the driving force behind the company's foray into diverse segments.

His outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills help him establish best practices within the organisation. Mr. Oswal's knowledge of all divisions at Markolines is beneficial in designing and implementing strategies and processes in tune with the company's vision. His Experience in finance fields and fund raising adds additional dimension to his credit and significant benefit to the company.

Mr. Oswal is a chemical engineer by qualification and also holds a management degree. As a qualified 'Business Performance Coach' with accreditation from International Coach Federation, he brings out the best in the team, through continuous motivation and support.

Mr. Mahender Singh

Executive Director

Mr. Mahender Singh is a dynamic professional with over 24 years of extensive experience in highway O&M. He began his career in toll operations and, through unwavering dedication and hard work, has risen to become the Head of Operations & Maintenance at Markolines Infra Limited. His journey from a junior position to a leadership role has endowed him with invaluable first-hand experience of on-ground realities.

Mr. Mahender is a strategic thinker with a strong expertise in planning, execution, and organizational management. His ability to communicate effectively, combined with his kind and soft-spoken demeanour, has enabled him to excel in building relationships and fostering strong interpersonal connections. He possesses exceptional leadership and team management skills. These qualities enable him to effectively navigate and resolve challenging situations on-site.

Academically, Mr. Singh holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from IASE University, Rajasthan, and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University. He has substantial experience in managing comprehensive administrative activities, including resource planning and in-process inspection. His soft-spoken nature and excellent coordination skills have allowed him to build a strong and dedicated team, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external departments.

Mr. Ramveer Singh

Executive Director

Mr. Ramveer Singh is a highly focused, enthusiastic, and sincere professional with over 24 years of extensive experience in Highway Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Business Development. Since joining Markolines Infra in 2009 for the Pink City project—the company's first toll plaza operation—he has become a key asset to the organization. Currently, he heads the entire Business Development activity for Highway Management at Markolines Infra Ltd.

Mr. Ramveer excels in market data collection and analysis, demonstrating a highly analytical, flexible, and detail-oriented approach. His deep understanding of client needs, combined with his hands-on field experience, keeps him ahead

in identifying and addressing client challenges. As a result, his business propositions are consistently well-appreciated and accepted by clients. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the Highway O&M sector further solidify his effectiveness as a leader.

He holds an MBA from IASE University, Rajasthan, and an Advanced Diploma in Network-Centered Computing from NIIT. Known for his humble approach and articulate communication, Mr. Singh is adept at building client confidence, ensuring higher conversion rates for the company.

Mr. Pradeep Agarwal

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pradeep Agarwal is the Chief Financial Officer at Markolines Infra Limited, bringing with him 24 years of progressive and growth-driven experience across multiple geographies and diversified industries. As a Chartered Accountant,

Mr. Agarwal has led numerous mergers and acquisitions, as well as international expansions, throughout his distinguished career. Under his leadership, organizations have seen significant improvements in financial performance and strengthened investor confidence.

A strategic finance professional, Mr. Agarwal has successfully raised funds through capital markets and private equity investors, significantly bolstering the company's plans for expansion and development projects. His keen acumen in identifying business and legal risks, coupled with his ability to develop effective mitigation strategies, has been instrumental in reducing financial risks for the organizations he has served.

Mr. Agarwal has also spearheaded various cost optimization initiatives, including vendor negotiations and the implementation of strategic measures in banking and treasury operations. His expertise extends to operations cash flow management, internal controls implementation, compliance, and systems migration and automation, all of which have contributed to enhanced operational efficiencies
